Shipping & Exchanges


All packages are shipped through USPS within 2 days of your order being placed (major holidays excluded). If we have a question regarding your order we will call or email you before we ship it.


We are happy to give store credit for products returned in their original condition within 90 days of purchase, with the following exceptions: needles and hooks must be returned within 3 days of purchase, yarn that has been wound or partially wound cannot be returned, no returns or exchanges on books, patterns, magazines, gift cards, or sale items. Class credits or refunds are only given if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class's start time.

To return your product, mail your product to the address below and include a note with your email and phone number so we can contact you when it arrives.

You will receive an email when your return is received and we will let you know if we accept the return and a code with the amount of your store credit that can be applied to a future online purchase. Please notify us if you would like your store credit to be available for in-store purchases instead.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as our cost for sending you any items you wanted to exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it will take for any exchanged items to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.

If you are shipping items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible if the item is lost in the mail.
